I have found your blogs and advice extremely helpful and interesting. I have always eaten fruit not realising I was eating the wrong ones. I have found that I feel a little better and will continue to choose wisely what I am eating. Honestly, I have not followed the plan 100 per cent, but, it has made me realise that being bloated is connected with what foods you choose to eat, exercise and well-being. I go on holiday on the 8th of July and was wondering if you could give me some advice on eating better on holiday. I would be extremely grateful.
