As we enter the Menopause and these changing years of our lives it is essential that we keep our body moving and stay in shape. It will help you feel positive both mentally and physically.
Healthy curves are achieved through regular weight training and being conscious of the food you eat on a regular basis.
I've created a series of one minute workouts which you can do at home. The only equipment you'll need is a couple of bottles of water, which you can drink afterwards!
