Why do we get more cellulite in menopause?

Yes, we could all do without the wobbly bits that seem to TURN into cellulite as we age. As menopausal women we exercise and in most cases won't shift so we are less inclined to keep up the exercise!! Vicious circle isn't it!! Why does it build up? Well, cellulite is the dimpled-looking skin that commonly occurs in the thigh region.Though we can find that it speaks across the glutei and up into the belly over the years. Even on the inside area of the upper arm if we do not exercise through our menopause. ( unless you have gifted genetics!) It forms when fatty tissue deep in the skin pushes up against connective tissue. This creates the dimpled appearance that cellulite.
